Types of Roles We Hire For
We hire for these positions on a rolling basis across DFW and Houston. Even if we're not actively posting, we welcome applications — we grow fast.
Roofing Crew Member
Install and repair asphalt shingles, metal roofing, and flat systems. Experience preferred but we train the right candidates. Full-time, year-round work.
Crew Leader / Foreman
Lead installation crews, ensure quality and safety standards, and coordinate with project managers. 3+ years roofing experience required.
Sales Representative
Generate leads, conduct roof inspections with homeowners, prepare estimates, and manage client relationships through the project. Storm claim experience a plus.
Project Manager
Coordinate scheduling, materials, crews, permits, and customer communication across multiple active projects in DFW or Houston. Roofing background required.
Office Support / Admin
Handle scheduling, customer follow-up, permit tracking, and administrative tasks for our growing Texas operations. Remote or hybrid options available.
